Inefficient Governement of Bangalore

I was reading a news article about why bangalore was experiencing the power cuts (load shedding). It talked about the financial constraints of buying power from the central grid to overcome the shortage of power. I wonder how come Bangalore which has one of the highest tax rates in the country in most of the things like, petrol (including other fuels), road tax, etc. experience financial resource constraints. It is forcing the city which is the power house in IT towards darkness. This only speaks about the inefficiency and wasteful expenses of the government. Today it is not even in a position to buy power from the central grid.

100% agree with your article about Saddam.
Aditionaly.."Sentanced to Death" should be abolished from the World under the banner of "JUSTICE".
We are not able to give birth for someone...so we should not abolish someone from the world.
This is nothing but a cool headed organised murder by State which is more dangerous than someone commited a murder individually.
